Dr Jasmin is internationally renowned, having spoken at various conferences both nationally and internationally. She graduated from King's College London with a Bachelors of Dental Science and an intercalated degree in Regenerative Medicine and Innovation Technologies.

She is an expert at facial balancing and treating complex lip cases and has dedicated her career to providing ethical and safe care for her patients, ensuring exceptional and natural looking results. Her kind and conservative approach has changed the lives of thousands of her patients.

Over the past three years, I’ve worked closely with this lovely patient to achieve a refreshed, balanced look that still feels completely natural. We’ve taken things slowly and carefully, always focusing on enhancing her individual features while keeping the overall harmony of her face in mind.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what we’ve done:

✨ Midface: We subtly shaped the lateral cheeks and added gentle support under the eyes to restore volume and improve the transition in that area. I don’t often treat the lateral cheeks, but in her case, they were naturally quite flat and really benefited from a bit of targeted attention.

✨ Nose: Just a light touch here to soften a few small irregularities. The goal was always to keep it looking elegant and understated.

✨ Perioral area: We treated the nasolabial folds, piriform fossa, and the area just above the lip to smooth things out and soften the transitions around the mouth. These little tweaks made a big difference to the overall balance.

✨ Chin complex: This was our biggest area of focus. She had a short, slightly under-projected chin, which emphasised the labiomental crease and marionette lines. By carefully treating this area, we were able to improve the projection, refine the lower face contours, and create a much smoother transition from chin to cheek.

The result is subtle but transformative. She still looks like herself, just more balanced, refreshed, and confident.

🟣 LIPS, NASOLABIAL FOLDS, JAW/CHIN SHADOWS 🟣

Playing with light and shadows is a key factor in this case, super subtle dots of filler in areas that cause shadows on the face, we’re not trying to fill lines but soften shadows, and achieving smooth transitions between sections of the face is highly anti-ageing without a “fake” or “done” aesthetic appearance

In this snippet from my patient consultation, we discuss the importance of tailoring treatment plans to each individual—considering not only their unique facial structure but also the aesthetic principles that align with their heritage and personal goals. Treating all faces through a westernised lens can lead to unnatural outcomes; true expertise lies in bespoke enhancements that celebrate diversity while maintaining balance and proportion.

Lots of people (fairly) asked would the cost of Kirstys non surgical transformation equate to just having a face lift?

So there are lots of things to consider, mainly, not everyone wants to go under the knife! And for many people spreading £5-10k across a year or two of non-surgical treatments that gradually improve their appearance, is preferable than having one big £30k surgery that’s transformative.

That being said, many patients are only a candidate for surgery as I explain in the video, and in these cases I will always refer my patients to speak to a surgeon to make a long term plan for their aesthetic / surgical goals.

Part 1: Skin Prep & Energy Devices Kirsty’s Journey!

It was essential to build a strong foundation with the right skincare and energy-based treatments to improve skin texture, laxity, and radiance.

🟣 Skincare: Kirsty has now been using tretinoin for years, but we refined her routine with ZO Skin Health products to further enhance skin texture, reduce fine lines, and improve overall skin health.
🟣 Energy Devices: We used HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) to shrink jowl fat and tighten the skin in the lower face, submental region, and neck. Around the eyes, we performed CO2 laser resurfacing to smooth out fine lines and tighten the delicate skin.
🟣 Peels: A series of PRX peels helped boost collagen production, improve skin radiance, and refine overall texture.

It was also important to prepare the skin before introducing injectables, especially under the eyes. Filler in lax skin can be unpredictable and lead to complications, so ensuring good skin integrity first was key.

By addressing skin quality and structure, we created the perfect foundation for the next phase of Kirsty’s transformation. Reminiscing on a fabulous weekend at IMCAS Paris 2025, what a pleasure it was to spend some time with my incredible friends and colleagues, as always, learning more about our exciting aesthetics industry too 💜 can’t wait for the next one!

Story time 🤯 a patient of mine came in recently wanted CO2 with intraocular eye shields, but she wasn’t sure what the downtime is like, and it made me realise you guys might need to see! 🫣 so I wanted for you to see the process!

As you can see the day after CO2 you can expect significant swelling, this is expected and actually a good sign your skin is responding with the healing response we want for great results! Whilst it may look dramatic, the treatment itself is very comfortable due to numbing eye drops and other anaesthetic used during the treatment 💜

But by day 7 the results after just ONE session speak for themselves! Swipe to compare day 1 and day 6!

This is on a slightly stronger setting and a very light setting can be used for gentle resurfacing, but when treating the eye area you can usually expect significant swelling for the first 24 hours and beyond due to the delicate area.

Filler Hate: Is it really about the filler?

Lately, I’ve seen a lot of content criticising fillers, blaming them for unnatural results or complications. But let’s get one thing straight—filler is just a tool. Like paint in the hands of an artist, the outcome depends entirely on the skill, experience, and vision of the person using it.

The Mona Lisa wouldn’t exist without the right hands, and if the artist isn’t skilled, the result can’t be blamed on the paint or the brush. The same goes for fillers—when used appropriately and with expertise, they can create stunning, natural results.

However, it’s essential to understand that fillers aren’t a solution for everything. They excel at correcting structural concerns but fall short when addressing age-related laxity. That’s where other treatments—like energy devices, skin tightening, or surgery—come into play. A great injector knows these limitations and respects the harmony of the face, using the right tools for the right issues.

It’s time to stop blaming fillers and start talking about technique, training, and understanding facial anatomy.

You asked, I listened! Here’s the full breakdown of how we achieved these results I recently posted on @vizageclinic 💜

Here's how we did it:

Subcision with hyperdilute Radiesse and CO2 laser is an advanced combination treatment to improve the appearance of scars, particularly acne scars or deeper, uneven scars.

Subcision: This involves using a tiny needle to break up the thick, tethered scar tissue beneath the skin. Think of scars as having little “anchors” pulling the skin down—subcision releases these, helping the skin look smoother and less indented.

Hyperdilute Radiesse: Radiesse is a collagen-boosting filler that’s diluted to spread more evenly. After subcision, it’s placed in the treated area to plump up the skin and kickstart collagen production. Over time, this helps rebuild the skin’s structure and improve overall texture.

CO2 Laser: This powerful resurfacing laser works on the surface of the skin, targeting any roughness or discoloration left behind.. It encourages new skin to grow, making everything look smoother and more even.

This combination addresses uneven skin texture at every level—breaking up the deeper scar tissue, boosting collagen to rebuild the skin from within, and resurfacing the surface layer for a smoother skin. While there may be some redness and swelling afterward, the results are transformative! 💜

Combination treatments are usually the only way to produce impactful visible results, especially when it comes to scarring, the treatment plan will be highly bespoke dependent on the intensity of the scars, age, colour and other factors.

Navigating the world of facial aesthetics can be hard! Often my patients come to me with a very vague concern, such as “I’m not sure what’s wrong but I just don’t like my lower face!” And it’s my job to give you the mirror and we will decide together what could bring harmony to the face 💜

Sometimes this is very obvious / common treatments like lip filler for uneven lips or Botox for very obvious static lines, but often we need to be imaginative as doctors to see a vision our patients might not be able to, yet!

That’s how I felt with this case! The patient was concerned additional filler could make her face look wider, which is a very valid concern! But adding dermal filler to the lower face has diminished any sagging appearance and has created a structured but feminine jawline 💉💉💉

This is one of my favourite areas to work on that tends to surprise patients who didn’t know they’d be such a good candidate for it 🥰

This lovely patient has been under my care for the past five years. Part of our treatments involved addressing her concerns about skin laxity in the lower face. Over the years, we’ve tried a variety of treatments including skin boosters, fillers, and the energy-based device Endolift. While these provided some improvement, the area still remained a concern for her.

This time, we decided to take a different approach and introduced Sculptra, a PLLA-based biostimulator that works to stimulate collagen production, enhancing both the quality and laxity of the skin over time.

The results shown here are just six weeks post-treatment—a very early stage for Sculptra, which typically delivers its full effects within three to six months. The improvement in skin quality and firmness has already been remarkable, and we’re excited to see how these results continue to progress!

💡 Takeaway: Sometimes it’s about finding the right combination of treatments tailored to the individual, and biostimulators like Sculptra can be a game-changer for long-term skin rejuvenation.

Another ‘M’ shaped lip case, if you’re familiar with my page you’ll know this is a complicated lip shape, that many patients come to me for as it requires specific skills and knowledge to maintain a natural lip filler result when treating this type of lip.
