Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

VIZAGE Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed.
Gift cards can be redeemed against any treatment or service offered at VIZAGE. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards can be used in full or in part. Any remaining balance will be retained on the card until the expiry date. No change will be given.
VIZAGE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Treat gift cards like cash.
Gift cards are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused balances or purchases made with a gift card.
Appointments made using a gift card are subject to VIZAGE’s standard booking and cancellation policy. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the forfeit of the applicable gift card value.
VIZAGE reserves the right to cancel any gift card that it believes has been obtained or used fraudulently.
VIZAGE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest terms will always be available on our website.
Gift cards can be used in conjunction with our Refer-a-Friend scheme. If you refer a friend and choose to gift them a VIZAGE Gift Card, this still qualifies as a valid referral under our referral policy.
